At MoreLife, our aim is to make the lives of individuals healthier, through healthy lifestyle behavioural interventions such as weight management, giving up smoking, NHS Health Checks, healthy eating or improved physical activity. We work with individuals on their own, with their families, within groups from the local community, school or workplace.

As well as working with individuals, we also work with and on behalf of organisations like CCGs, LAs, Employers and Schools who want to improve the lives of individuals in their communities, workplaces or schools.
We also work on a variety of projects with a vast range of partners. We work in partnership with charities such as HOOP. We’re involved in partnership with Government Agencies such as PHE, NHS England. Plus, we act as advisors for businesses such as Danone, Disney, Tesco to name but a few.
Recently, we delivered an international service in Qatar which focused on addressing the rapidly growing obesity epidemic currently faced by the nation.
MoreLife was founded by Professor Paul Gately of Leeds Beckett University, one of the UK’s most respected experts in obesity and exercise. MoreLife is a subsidiary company of Leeds Beckett University and our heritage is anchored in our research and academic philosophy. Through this relationship and the University’s Centre for Applied Obesity Research we are working with approximately 35 academics from world leading professors to the best PhD students in the field to ensure we are delivering the best programmes science and research has to offer.
