How to Access Our Service
Referrals to our Tier 3 service can be made by health professionals, including GPs and school nurses, through our online referral portal. We also accept referrals from allied health professionals who work with families whose children meet the eligibility criteria. Our specialist team conducts an initial assessment to determine the best support pathway for each child.
