Aged Above the 98th BMI percentile
Referrals to this service are predominately made by the local NCMP, but can also come from your GP
Exclusion Criteria:
Children who do not meet the 98th
and above BMI percentile criteria
Children with an acute medical condition and undergoing investigative work to establish a diagnosis and/or treatment plan
Children and Families unwilling to commit
to the intervention time period
Aged Above the 98th BMI percentile
