Our Integrated Services work by identifying clients and promoting behaviour change proactively to prevent the need for secondary healthcare services. This saves costs, improves long-term health, boosts confidence for self-help, and reduces demand for local health and social care.
We create a dedicated Outreach Plan focusing on health education, covering various health conditions and offering awareness-raising activities across diverse communities with culturally appropriate materials and language accessibility.

Morelife delivers Tier 2 and Tier 3 weight management programmes across the UK in local authority, ICB and Public Health England-funded programmes.

Through collaboration with the NHS community health checks and our robust lifestyle assessments, we identify clients who would benefit from our Enhanced Alcohol Identification and Brief Advice (IBA) programme.
Our goal is to support individuals in reducing their alcohol consumption through personalised face-to-face and online assistance. We offer a variety of digital resources to enhance this journey and, if needed, we can also connect clients with additional services for further support. Prevention
At our Falls Prevention programme, we prioritise the well-being and safety of our clients by delivering NICE-compliant multifactorial risk assessments.
To ensure accessibility and convenience, we offer assessments at various times and locations, and conduct community-based core strength and balance classes over 12 weeks, incorporating the OTAGO exercise programme to enhance core strength, balance, and overall fitness. For those unable to attend in person, we provide home visits and chair-based exercises. Additionally, we offer dementia identification and awareness training, interventions to combat social isolation, and seamless referrals to support services to ensure our clients have ongoing assistance and guidance in their journey towards better health and well-being.
